Did this with an old webcam hence the crappy quality but it gives you an idea... it took about 3 mins and no editing program used.

I actually convinced my bro-in-law i had a see through monitor... lol

if not Photoshop'd, then it's definitely more interesting, in my opinion... i dont even wanna think about getting that shit to line up properly... *whoa*

It says on the website under each pic that it's not photoshoped though, and it does seem very realistic that the pictures line up. Also there is one pic where the lighting doesn't match in the room "kind of" proving it's not photoshop, unless the dumbass did it on purpose with some effects, which isn't entirely all that dumb afterall.

two pic's with some Photoshop editing to crop out the screen of the monitor/laptop, and then editing it to put all the desktop icons and whatnot back in place to create the effect... dunno about you guys, but that can be alot of work -- really dig'n it though!

i would have thought it was pretty easy to do...
take a pic of the desk(area) without the monitor...
put that pic on your desktop...
put monitor back into perfect alignment and take your 2nd pic... it'll probably easier if a tripod was used

I would have given it a go if my cam hadnt been thrown into the toilet by my mates 2year old... DOH!!!

I'm guessing they just did it w/ a digicam, which is pretty badass. Hooking up a small webcam to the back of your monitor may also work, though I think that it would be a bit too "zoomed" into the background if you know what i mean.
Those screens look sexy as hell, though.
