i got the normal prompt at work the other day and realized that Vista had downloaded SP1 in the background and was ready to install... took a little while, but wasn't overly painful or anything --- at work.... now at home, on my little laptop and rather crappy internet connection? not so smart.

took forever for it to download Vista SP1, then seemed to take another hour or so for it to be installed (3 reboots later), which kept my ass up until about 2am... man, i'm dragging today.

next time, i'll wait until the weekend... or look to download it to a file, rip it to a dvd, and take it home to install -- just wish i'd thought of that in the first place. ugh.

p.s. don't really see any drastic changes or improvements.
